The theme of this year&#8217;s conference was \u201c<strong>The Significance of Business Agility in the Contemporary Business Environment<\/strong>\u201d, which focused on the key challenges and opportunities that dynamic market conditions, digital transformation, AI, and global competition pose for modern organizations. The objective of the conference was fully met by exploring how agile strategies, flexible leadership approaches, and innovative business models can ensure sustainable growth and competitiveness in an era of constant change. Participants had the opportunity to exchange knowledge and experience and present the latest scientific achievements. This year&#8217;s FINIZ 2025 conference took place in person at the Singidunum University premises, Bulevar Peka Dap\u010devi\u0107a 47a, attracting a highly successful turnout and engagement from both the scientific and business communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justify wp-block-paragraph\">The FINIZ conference has been gathering prominent experts, academics, business leaders, and innovators for over a decade to exchange experiences related to the latest research, case studies, and practical knowledge in finance as well as other industries. The program will cover topics such as the application of agile methodologies, management of digital changes, transformation of organizational culture, and the role of technology in responding quickly to market demands. Special attention will be given to panel discussions and lectures by leading experts, which will address the following aspects of business: accounting and auditing, finance and controlling, insurance, human resource management, marketing, IT, as well as environmental conservation and corporate social responsibility.
