Changes and development of the national and international real estate market, but also feedback from practitioners who face real problems in everyday business, cause changes in professional valuation standards, and sometimes legislation (where it exists), which regulates the procedure of real estate valuation. The Law on Real Estate Appraisers of the Republic of Serbia has been in force since 2017, and by-laws were adopted in the same year, various regulations, including national assessment standards. The question is whether it is necessary to make changes to bylaws, as well as whether it is necessary to make additional harmonization with international professional regulations. The aim of this session is a constructive discussion between the panelists and the participants of the session in order to exchange experiences, improve the understanding and application of the mentioned regulations and formulate possible proposals for changes in national legislation.<\/td>\n\t\t<\/tr>\n\t\t

The international scientific conference FINIZ 2020 is an ideal opportunity for all its participants to present their work and results to the general public, as well as to exchange experiences and ideas with other distinguished experts from relevant fields. Two papers, in the expanded form (30%), will be selected and proposed for publication in The European Journal of Applied Economics<\/em> (M51) in an accelerated procedure.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t

At this year’s FINIZ 2020 conference, the Scientific Papers<\/strong> session is divided into two parts, in which 20 papers will be presented.       In the conditions of business process automation, there is an increasing number of criminal acts, both due to the online environment in which business takes place after the COVID-19 pandemic and due to the fact that the criminal mind of criminal perpetrators always finds new forms of activity.
