Singidunum University proudly announces the twelfth International Scientific Conference FINIZ, which will be held on December 4th, 2025. This year, the theme of the conference is “The Importance of Business Agility in the Modern Business Environment,” focusing on the key challenges and opportunities posed by dynamic market conditions, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and global competition to modern organizations. The goal is to explore how agile strategies, flexible leadership approaches, and innovative business models can ensure sustainable growth and competitiveness in an era of constant change. This year’s FINIZ 2025 conference will be held live at the Singidunum University building, located at Bulevar Peka Dapčevića 47a.
The FINIZ conference has been gathering prominent experts, academics, business leaders, and innovators for over a decade to exchange experiences related to the latest research, case studies, and practical knowledge in finance as well as other industries. The program will cover topics such as the application of agile methodologies, management of digital changes, transformation of organizational culture, and the role of technology in responding quickly to market demands. Special attention will be given to panel discussions and lectures by leading experts, which will address the following aspects of business: accounting and auditing, finance and controlling, insurance, human resource management, marketing, IT, as well as environmental conservation and corporate social responsibility. As a platform for dialogue between science and practice, FINIZ 2025 aims to inspire participants to develop adaptive business models capable of overcoming uncertainty and leveraging trends.
The international scientific conference FINIZ 2025 is an ideal opportunity for all its participants to present their work and results to the general public and exchange experiences and ideas with other distinguished experts from relevant fields.
