| The theme of this session is “Differences in interpretation of regulations in the field of real estate valuation and bankruptcy proceedings”. Analysis of the provisions of the new Law on Valuers of Real Estate Valuation in the Republic of Serbia and the difference between the current valid regulations in the area of bankruptcy proceedings and this legal act. The aim of the session is to examine the differences in the valuation process for the purposes of the bankruptcy proceedings and the subsequent effects of the use of the estimated value in financial reporting. In addition, the discussion will be conducted on the subject of tax aspects of the estimated value of real estate. | |

| The Coin & Fund game is designed and implemented as an educational tool by which users of all levels of knowledge will have the opportunity to see through the simulation their decisions as virtual company directors affect the business of the entire company. Coin & Fund teaches students and secondary school students about the correct and analytical perception of business decisions, making them better colleagues, employees and entrepreneurs because it simulates the business of some aspect of the company and the whole enterprise. The participant of the game will be the executive director of a fictitious company that makes business decisions in order to achieve the best possible result. The game is played on teams. Team mentors are experienced practitioners, primarily financial directors in the Republic of Serbia. | |
