We are witnessing that social media and artificial intelligence have been an integral part of both our personal and professional lives for many years. How does the Internal Audit function use them in its work, if at all? What challenges has it faced so far, and are the data obtained through the use of artificial intelligence, as well as data from social media, treated as entirely reliable? Are there any ethical dilemmas when using these data, and can their use be in conflict with the Law on Personal Data Protection? Answers to these and other questions will be provided through presentations on the legal framework for artificial intelligence, which is currently being prepared, as well as on social media, which is increasingly becoming one of the tools used in the work of internal audit itself.

Creative (or orange) economy is a concept based on creative approaches that can contribute to economic growth and development. Creative economy relies on the principles of circular and green economies, but it goes beyond waste and recycling, focusing on design, processes, and services that create added value in this way. Through reducing the use of new resources, smart design, and remanufacturing, both concepts align with the goals of sustainable development, and in both developed and developing countries, they undergo complex changes to address environmental challenges.
